- HTAL reserves the right to open and close registration for any lecture series when it chooses.
- Seating is limited and the places shall be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A registration will be recorded as complete once payment is received. Once a registration is confirmed then no refund will be made if the registrant subsequently cancels.
- In the event that unforeseen circumstances require a change of lecturer, or a rescheduling of a lecture, or the cancellation of a lecture due to bad weather, then notice will be given as early as possible by way of email and/or this website. No refunds will be made in such circumstances
